How can I have a dual screen?

I got my dual-monitor setup going, but how can I change monitor control when I'm playing a full screen game?

• So as I said, I have a dual-monitor setup...but whenever I play a full screen game, if I move the mouse to the edge of the screen, it won't go into the other monitor like normal...but it does still work if I'm watching a movie full screen in VLC media player. I have the UltraMon software to help manage my dual-monitor setup. I even setup the hotkey to change witch monitor has mouse control, but even that doesn't work whilst playing full screen games...any ideas? P.S. I don't want to change my primary monitor as the other one is smaller. I need to play the game on my primary and I don't want to set the other one as the primary because it's smaller. I could switch it when I need to play a game...but that's a little bothersome.

  This is standard behavior and there isn't a way to change it. I believe its because the game is in 3d.
