Why can't I download movies on iTunes?

I cant download itunes on my laptop?

  • i just got a new ipod, and i need to download itunes, when i go to download it, it says it will take two days i have a compaq presario CQ62, if you can look up the information but i really want to download itunes and get my ipod set up and stuff, please help

    Sounds like your internet connection is a bit flaky right now. Try restarting your computer and then trying again. If you still have issues, try rebooting your router and modem and then trying again. If that doesn't help, you may just need to wait it out as Apple may be having issues our your ISP might be having problems.

i have the same laptop i never had that problem. you probably have really bad internet connection.
