Home office and student product key is not working help!?

• iv just bought home office student and home 2010 followed the instructions of step be/if microsoft office 2010 is not preloaded on your pc 1.insert disc 2.locate the 25 caracter product key 3.when prompted,enter the 25 character product key and follow the on screen instructions to install and activate your licence/,several time iv put the disc in its ask for my product key iv put it in correctly,and after about five minutes of saying /please wait whileyour key is validated/it comes up /this is not a valid office product key.see above examples to learn more/ but it is a valid product key what else could it be help!!!!!

  Where did you purchase Microsoft Office Student and Home 2010 from? Are you sure you're using the correct product key? If you are take it back and tell them that it is coming up invalid.
