My laptop screen is blank when I turn it on. How do I fix this?
-
I got my HP laptop Pailion g6 and when I turned it on one day the screen was blank, I tried a couple more times by taking out the battery and charging it and trying to turn it back on so the screen would work and one time there was a HP Bios Update and it ran normally, but once i turned it off and turned it back on the next day it was blank again. How can I fix this blank screen everytime I turn on my laptop?

Answer:
the back light is out. One way to check to be sure it is the back light that is bad is to take a flash light turn it on and shine the light from the side., If you can see your desktop on the screen the backlight is bad and needs replaced. It will take a Computer tech to do this for you.
