How much does it cost to replace a cpu fan on a laptop?

some laptops are a somewhat easy to open, some are outright impossible, and I wouldn't attempt to open if you feel/see cables preventing it from opening - yeah they do that. $200-$250 at an local authorized repair shop sounds about right. cost my mother $200 at a such a shop to replace a keyboard on her toshiba qosmio, which is practically impossible to open. sometimes there are take-apart/disassembly/deconstruction instructions or service manuals on the web, first check your mfr's web site, if you want to do it yourself.

Not much on Average,...like between $20-$50 on eBay,...n plus now days laptops only cost no more than $400 or less. But u have 2 consider labor cos u have 2 b z one 2 change it if u don't want 2 spend more than the price above! Good luck!
