How to connect Laptop to TV WITHOUT HDMI cable ?

  • I have a hdmi port, but i dont want to buy a cable (they are expensive) right now. please tell me how to do this. Give me some good links for this. Any cheap alternatives to the HDMI cable ?

u can buy a different type of cord, not a HDMI but a VGA... they are cheaper
