I see no huge difference between them. The i3 processor is okay for everyday stuff and2.26ghz is pretty good. I would go for 4gbs of ram with 500gb of HDD To conclude, the samsung R730 is a good choice although the acerbic 7741g is also a good option if you are under a tight budget and are unable to stretch the extra 100.
go there and find out which one you like best!
None of these will be any good for gaming. People find in the future having owned the laptop for a while that they want to run games like SIMS3 ETC. If you like HD movies and even want to watch them on the big screen connected from your laptop via a DVI or HDMI cable, you will need a Graphicscard in the laptop. You need at least Nvidia 9500 or better still and ideally 9600M-GT in a laptop for top quality HD movies and gaming. This site will tell you what you can and can't run http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyr%E2%80%A6 I would call these to ask them what they have in stock in way of reconditioned stuff. http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/ I got an Acer 6935G, Vista, Blue Ray, full HD, Nvidia 9600M-GT 1 GIG dedicated graphics, 4 GIG DDR3 RAM, 2.0 GHZ for £400. They were £1,300 when they were first released. I got 3 moths warranty but trust me they are as good as new. They are just returns repackaged. Had it now for 6 months with not one problem what so ever. If you go to PC world with £500 you won't get much at all. My laptop runs all games it has a built in sub woofer too for great sound. Think about it.! I don't know if they have any of mine left in stock but you will get something really good for your money.
Go for lenovo of same configuration.. its the best...extreme hardware performance and durability. lenovo ideapd or thoshiba will be the best
