Which drivers do I need to download to get PCI device to go away?

Which drivers do I need to download to get PCI device to go away? OK I have reinstalled windows xp on my laptop and when i went to install the drivers i got the ones i needed but i cant figure out which ones i need to get to make PCI Device go away in the device manager. please help I have image this laptop onto 30 more ASAP THANKS AND GOD BLESS:)

PCI Device could be anything. 1. Modem 2. Bluetooth device 3. Sound card 4. video card etc. Have you installed the chipset drivers? That can take care of a few things...also, head over to windowsupdate.com, that might install some hardware too...

You need to delete the driver for it, not add another one. You can do this in device explorer from control panel.
