i would like to know the specs of my acer laptop to see if it is capable of playing gta 4. thank you!

Get the specs on it. Look up the minimum requirements for GTA4. Look up benchmarks that will give you an idea of how your hardware performs relative to the minimum/recommended hardware for GTA4.
