Why does my laptop keep buffering everytime i try to watch a video?

I try to watch some tv shows on some websites and last night they were working just fine. Then today they kept buffering every 5-10 secs and it really is getting annoying! Anyone know how to resolve this problem?

1) Its your internet. Either buy a higher bandwidth from your ISP, or try having people in the household reduce their bandwidth usage. (torrenting kills bandwidth) 2) the server you are watching from is under a high load, so there are lots of people accessing it, which will slow it down. The only thing i could say you do from your computer is restarting your computer, restart your browser, and/or delete your internet cookies/cache (you can do it via the browser or use something like CCleaner which is free)

Slow Internet connection, if you're on a laptop move closer to the hub and if you can't or don't really want to, open some doors, might help.. Sorry if it doesn't make much of a difference ;)
