What's going on with my Safari browser?

Youtube videos freezes every 15 seconds after video is FULLY loaded but audio keeps working?

• So my problem i've noticed lately is any video i watch on youtube, even after it fully loads, the picture will freeze for like 2 seconds but the audio keeps going! and that happens like every 15 seconds. like the video gets stuck or something, yet the audio just keeps going. i have firefox as a browser. i also have safari, google chorme, and wyzo as browsers too and they all do it. i have a fast wireless connection speed. i have windows vista. a core 2 duo processor. 3gigs of ram. the only thing i always have running in the background is avast virus protection. but it's so light. would that really make that much of a difference? someone please help because it's really irritating me. even when i watch south park videos on their official site it does it. freezes for 2 seconds even though it's fully loaded, but during those frozen 2 seconds, the audio keeps going. heck even when i type this out, sometimes my cursor will freeze for 2 seconds and then it catches up with what i've been typing. is there something wrong with my computer? help!

  Easy thing to try is getting the latest drivers for your video card and overwrite the old one. Then get the latest Flash Player from here. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=DXLUJ
