How do I take off my laptop case to replace the cpu?
-
I have an acer 5742g-6846 (its an Nvidia Optimus laptop if that matters) and I'm trying to take the back case off to replace the cpu but i cant get it open. I took off all the screws but it seems to be stuck. Do I need to take a flat head and gently pry it off or is there something else I need to do to get it off? Thanks Btw its a socket pga988 and right now an i3 380m is in it i plan on ptting an i7 740qm in it.
