Id say $500-$870. those are still pretty competent specs by today's standards for what the laptop is intended to do. I mean I have a toshiba with an anemic 1.66GHz dual core, a 5400 rpm 200 gig hard drive (yes the boot time infuriatingly slow if you were wondering), some shitty integrated graphics, and 2gb of ram. and it works perfectly fine for surfing the net, watching videos, and doing a bit of word processing along with some 2d gaming.

sorry wouldnt pay no more than 600 dollars. You can buy a pretty nice laptop for 700 dollars on sale now. 64 bit
