How do I get webcam effects on my computer?

I Had to wipe everything of my computer so how do i get dell webcam back?

    You didn't indicate which operating system you are running, but if it's either Vista or 7, the driver for the web cam should have been on the set of Recovery Disks you made or on the "Recovery Partition" D Drive of your computer, depending on the method used. If not, just go to the Dell web site and get the driver for your web cam from them.
