Which is the best laptop for a CSE student?

I am a student of B.tech electronics and communication. I am looking forward to buy a laptop.?

Since i am a student want a powerful processor with large hard disk say upto 300 gb and with the latest version of windows7 or windows xp. I have to surf internet, work with various softwares,listen songs, watch movies,chatting and play games too. Also the laptop should be stylish. and laptop price should be reasonable.So anyone can please help me with this ? which laptop should i go in for ? :)

    Dear divz, how nice of u for posing this ? a good outlook that u wish to seek the opinion of others. b4 answering yr? i must tell u that i am not able to understand what u mean by "reasonable". u should have clearly spelt yr budget. any how, here is my ans - i did purchase a hp pavilion dv6 series notebook pc costing Rs. 50 k around last x'mas, its warrany is valid for another six months. battery back is easily more than two hours, has a hd of 500 gb, 2 gb RAM, 32 bit op sys, intel core 2 duo, 16" (diagonal) screen, windows 7 home premium. it has so far given me excellent performance. i purchased it in bangalore. u r welcome to seek any other clarifications via [email protected]. well! i also recently bought a laptop. someone told me hp laptops are easy as well are nice. i prefer u buy hp pavilion dv6 its a bit old but it has 4 gb ram .ATI rad-eon x8600 plus 320 hardisk processor 2.55 ghz and dual core .it mean u can play any latest games if u like.but as ur B.tect student so,i dont think so ur going to play any games or something.

of all youve mention, sony is the best! given the specs that are similar. I read a sony brochure a month ago, damn the specs and quality are really the best. just try to find a powerful laptop given you have the money to burn.
