Where can I find the shortcut keys of all the applications?

I am having major typing problems w/new Dell Inspiron(Vista). It mimics shortcut keys & opens things by itself?

• Here are things that its doing...while I am typing emails, it brings up "find and replace" dialog box all the time. It creates a .5 hanging paragraph indent all the time. It will open a new message while I am typing. It will change font color, type and size (usually blue to black and Arial 10 to Times Roman 12). Sometimes it will trigger the italics or start to underline what I am typing. It sometimes triggers the "open file" dialog box. It periodically zooms without me doing anything. The only way I can get it to stop is to hold my palms off the keyboard. At first I thought it was the tapping function b/c the mouse pad is offset, but I have turned that off. I think there is a sensitivity on the keyboard where my palms rest/move that is causing it to mimic shortcut keys. Dell's answer was to purchase their software warranty....no help at all. I have Office 03 and loaded very little other software. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  I am having the same exact issues...EXTREMELY annoying!!! Someone please help! I am ready to pound this piece of you know what into oblivion. I had an old Compaq previously and I'd give any thing to have it again...Dell is HORRIBLE!!! Very cheap materials...look nice and shiny in the store but when it feels like the plastic is going to crack unless you pick it up with both hands...you know you're dealing with some cheap crap. I guess that's what $500 buys.
