nVidia 9800? You should get around 60fps normally, and around 40fps in really intensive battles (that's what my wife gets on the same card in a Gatway laptop). And the card should be replaceable, so you can upgrade it in a few years, when new upgrades come out that need more graphic power (and you can level to 200). Nice price too, for that much computer. It's nice to see that Gateway is getting back into the top end line again. @Kevin: The Radeon 3200 and the nVidia 9800 are completely different classes of GPU. Not $500 worth of difference, but you can't get much better than the 9800 in a laptop today (you can get dual 9800s - if you want to pay almost $4,000 for a laptop - the 7805 is about the next best laptop out right now.)

The computer you are looking at excels in all aspects to play WOW or just about any other game. I especially looked at the graphics card, an NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS. This is a high end laptop card. Good choice.

It has great storage, fast processor, and full keyboard. The FX just has cool lights and a bit more graphics. Its not much of an improvement. Unless you like running 3 WoW games at the same time, you dont need FX laptop. Good choice picking Gateway =) That laptop is really good if you can afford it. Im not sure why an average WoW player would need so much power.
