Is anyone else having problems on DeviantArt?

Why is my laptop giving me these problems?

• I am currently on my PC typing this description. I dont know how or when it started, but I know this was recent. I can be on my laptop, just doing whatever: Playing a video game, or looking at DeviantArt. Then at a random point, it would just mess up on me. Here is a list of problems it has given me. If I click on a link, it would always open in a new window, when it should just open in the window I clicked the original link. I click a certain point, and it highlights everything down to the click-point. My keyboard, if I am typing something, some of the keys would be on caps, when caps is turned off, and my numbers would have their shift symbols instead of numbers when typing (1 would be ! and so on) I shut down my computer and restart it, and everything goes back to normal for a while. Then it can just start right back up again. I am running a Windows Defender full scan as I type this description. My security program is Norton Security Suite. I will be running a full scan on it later. Does anyone know what else I should do to resolve this laptop problem?

  virus has hijacked your OS restore it to factory settings, UNINSTALL every piece of crapp bloatware including the shitty anti virus. Get panda cloud anti virus and run it simultaneously with windows defender at all times from now on. stop using windows explorer, find something else to browse the web.
