How to fix my wobbly laptop screen?

How to fix my laptop? Keeps doesn't shut down properly..and blue dumping screen?

  • I would like some advice on how to fix my laptop. My laptop doesn't shut down properly and stays on the shutting down screen. Sometimes my laptop randomly goes to the blue dumping screen and the laptop restarts. Quite often, when I open my Windows Live messenger, my laptop freezes and I have to restart. I have in the past formatted my laptop to default factory settings and don't always believe that is making things any better. Thanks

sounds like you might have a virus or strong spyware do all the scans with good software has most software doesnt detect viruses also i would reinstall everything just to makesure all the files are intact also the blue screen could be your hard drive his about to go on you,it did mine,or somethin in the hardware good luck

This could be a virus or a system file that has been deleted, if you have a windows cd then you can try doing a repair from the cd or to 100% fix the problem back everything up and format your drive
