click start, click control panel open display => change it in appearance or setting and click apply or ok it might ask you to restart the window to see the changes

Change the DPI settings from 100 DPI to 120 DPI. 1. Click on Control Panel. 2. Now type Adjust font size in the search box (top right corner). It will take you directly to the link for the DPI Scaling Utility. 3. adjust to 125 dpi or until you are happy with the font size. 4. REBOOT your computer to see changes.
