What is difference between notebook computer and laptop ?? please help?

im looking up at many websites for difference between notebook computer and laptop, but they are not explaining clearly whats the difference.. they conclude their blogs as if they have explained clearly, but in reality they dont explain anything. please explain me what is NOTEBOOK computer and LAPTOP. i am very much aware of netbook, so i dont need to know about netbook(s). Please explain only NOTEBOOK and LAPTOP. Thanks in advance.
