I have laptop problems please help!?

my laptop just stop working out of the blue a while ago . when i tried to turn it on it just would turn on but show a black blank screen , or it would act like it will turn on normally and then get a blue screen. on time i turned it on and it told me if i wanted to fix the problem click here.. i did and it just froze please help i don't know what to do!

when you get the blue screen, is there any error message on it? Without error message problem can't be understood. Because in several problems the machine shows blue screen.
