Whats the cheapest Mac I can get and where?

I dont really care what kind of Mac it is I REALLY wanted a Macbook Pro but theyre way too expensive. All I really care about is the fact that I want to start using the Snow Leopard OS X system. So I dont care if its new, used, I dare about specs, or anything like that, as long as I get a cheap Mac. So my 2 questions are: Whats the CHEAPEST mac to get, and where can I find one? Oh and P.S. I dont want like an iMac G5 or any of that really old stuff. Newish Please. Thank You.

The Mac Mini starts at $600, and you can run Snow Leopard on it. I would get that, new and with a warranty, rather than something used.

Craigslist or eBay for secondhand. Otherwise, the best you'll do is buying a refurb from Apple's online store. The cheapest you'll see is a $429 Mac Mini, but you'll have to check back periodically as items come and go on the refurb page all the time.
