My mouse's left click problems + taskbar freezing + windows not working?

Frequently, my mouse's left click will become a right click and when this happens, my taskbar freezes and I cannot close/maximize/minimize any windows. This only lasts a few seconds, but it happens frequent and it is rather annoying. When I use the touchpad, it does not happen.
