I'v written a song, got the music, the singers, everything sorted, i just need a software to record it and see if it's any good, can anyone help? i'v be very appreciative! thank you!! :)

a good free software is AUDACITY but if you want an excellent and cheap one, get mixcraft. i would recommend mix craft because it is simple to use and has way more tools and better quality. i use it myself and its incredible that its actually pretty cheap for what you get. its 75.00 dollars or you can get the 45 day trial or you can get it for free but i can't show you how on here. this are the links to each recording software http://www.acoustica.com/mixcraft/index.htm and http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
