Toshiba satelite U405D-S2952 headphone not working!?

My dad just uninstalled many programs and i think he uninstalled headphone driver. When i plug the headphone nothing happens, the speaker just plays and i cant hear anything from the headphone. please help me find driver or how to fix it. Between i checked the playback divices and headphone is on there but not working

toshiba might have another application that senses when u plug the headphone jack in that might have been accidentally removed or disabled
