HOW DO I SAVE A GIF IMAGE ONTO MY LAPTOP?

Ok, so everytime i right click on the moving image, when i re-open it, its just a still image, how do i make it moving when i open it? I want to upload it to Twitter; By the way, the one i saved was saved as a GIF image, but it didnt work-Thankyou!
Answer:

You can try to right click it on your computer and open with internet explorere or your browser. It could be your default program doesn't show the GIF as it should be. Also make sure the file extension is actually .gif You might have save as something else.
