Why is my laptop not turning?

Why does my laptop computer keeps turning off...?

  • Hi everyone, My laptop keeps turning off on it's own but it seems like it only does it when I'm working on Adobe software. It just started happening today and I've had my software for awhile now. I'm not sure if that's the problem but it only happens when I use photoshop, illustrator and other adobe software. It turns off almost as soon as I turn on any of the adobe software. I'm on my laptop not but it's still on so it must have something to do with the software. I haven't turn it on yet. Do you have any ideas why this is happening? thanks guys for your feedback. By the way, I know for a fact that it's not over heating because it turns off almost immediately when I use any of the software whether I just turn on the computer or not. Help Please!

It all about Trojan horse .I am a computer expert i have solved this kind of problems before I know what is trojan horse? Trojan horses are designed to allow a hacker remote access to a target computer system. Once a Trojan horse has been installed on a target computer system, it is possible for a hacker to access it remotely and perform various operations. The operations that a hacker can perform are limited by user privileges on the target computer system and the design of the Trojan horse. Operations that could be performed by a hacker on a target computer system include: --------------------------------------… Trojan horses require interaction with a hacker to fulfill their purpose, though the hacker need not be the individual responsible for distributing the Trojan horse. In fact, it is possible for hackers to scan computers on a network using a port scanner in the hope of finding one with a Trojan horse installed, which the hacker can then use to control the target computer.[1] A trojan differs from a virus in that only a file specifically designed to carry it can do so. --------------------------------------… how to remove --------------------------------------… Antivirus software is designed to detect and delete Trojan horses, as well as preventing them from ever being installed. Although it is possible to remove a Trojan horse manually, it requires a full understanding of how that particular Trojan horse operates. In addition, if a Trojan horse has possibly been used by a hacker to access a computer system, it will be difficult to know what damage has been done and what other problems have been introduced. In situations where the security of the computer system is critical, it is advisable to simply erase all data from the hard disk and reinstall the operating system and required software.

if your still not sure on what to do then go to your local computer store and get them to look at it and fix it for you

Check how much free space it on your C drive thats where all the software operates. If its low that maybe the reason to turning off. I've had that happen to my home computer.Get your laptop wiped so it will operate like brand new.

It may be a virus? or you dont have enough RAM maybe reformatting or upgrading it is the answer,

Not that you did...but if any of this software is a bootleg (illegal) copy then it knows and will shut you down. If not try running a few clean up items: disk cleanup, defrag, and then run a good registry cleaner like RegSeeker. Also run your anti-virus program. Good Luck The Old Computer Guy
