Which speakers would be the best?

Which laptop has best looking screen and best sounding speakers?

  • Hey, I'm hoping someone who currently owns a laptop(s) can provide me with some helpful insights. I am PURELY looking for a laptop that has the best looking screen or appearance and sounding speakers (I'm only looking for the best video display). I trying to customize one from either HP, Dell, Sony or Toshiba and have trouble choosing since I can't actually see it. I want a laptop that when I watch a video, pics or listen to music that will WOW me (especially videos and games). It seem like HP and Toshiba has pretty screens. I'm not concerned about processors, RAM, ect because I can customize it but you can't customize a screen. If you can provide me with a specific brand and model will be great....like Toshiba Quizmo (which looks good)....is it? Thanks in advance.

  • Answer:

Honestly, all the screens will look pretty much the same. It will rely more on your graphics card than the actual screen itself. If you want a good looking screen, get a bigger one I suppose. Something in the 16-17 inch area. As for sound. If you want music to wow you with a laptop, get a decent pair of headphones. Laptop speakers will never "WOW" you.

Everyone has a different opinion. But I love my HP Pavilion Entertainment PC. This is my 2nd. I watch movies and listen to my music on Rhapsody all of the time. That's the only stereo I use now. I gave my high-dollar stereo to my son. I will say, that I use external speakers for good sound. I have some small inexpensive Logitech speakers that give me good sound. Last year I invested in Bose computer speakers with a sub-woofer. That is awesome, especially for music. But that expense isn't necessary for good sound. Picture quality is great. If you don't want to use small external speakers, you might be disappointed in the HP. I use my small speakers a lot, especially when I'm away from home. I also have a Dell Inspiron, but prefer the HP.

So far the best laptop screen I ever seen are... 1. macbook 2. Hp Envy series (Random order) however, iam not sure about their speakers. Personally, I would also pay attention to the VIDEO CARD. It is true that screen is unchangeable, but video card DOES improve the image significantly. Similarly, for a better sound, a decent express sound card is required. btw, did y try sony?
