Windows Vista can actualy try to repair itself. If you, or a friend have a Windows Vista Disk you can use that you try to repair your system. Boot from the DVD and just follow the prompts to 'Repair Existing Installation'.

F11 is the key to wipe your harddrive and load the factory defaults recovery disk onto the C drive. You do not need to do this try this Safe Mode Bootup ============= Try this, its easy and will not harm anything Slowly tap the F8 key while the computer is powering up Just after the screen goes blank, the F8 key will point the computer to a menu where safe mode can be selected. Note if you mistakenly tap F8 key again, it will continue through to normal boot Scroll and select last known good configuration. This is stronger than doing a system restore in normal mode. Wait till the boot has finished before clicking anything.

Have you tired to logon through Safe Mode, after booting try pressing F8

Not sure what make you have if you try this and it bringing up a recovery page you are half way there.. press Alt + f10 at the same time when the makers logo is on screen at start up . should this work exit for now. you need to enable recovery from hidden partition. To enter BIOS press f2 at start up. make sure D2D recovery setting in main is Enabled. exit the BIOS utility and save changes, the system will reboot. should you need do the Alt + f10 at start up again. And recover.

i think you should contact the place you had reinstall your OS, it sounds like they are at fault and messed up your computer
