What can i get for my laptop?

I have a faulty dell laptop, what can i get under the warranty?

• I have a warranty on my dell laptop. After 10 hours in total of being on the phone to dell trying to solve a problem and them trying to force me to pay for software warranty and told me I hadn't done a clean wipe of my operating system which I did three times over in the whole process. The problem still hasn't been fixed and they keep giving me new problems which all return unsuccessful. Would I just be able to swap the laptop with dell for one that works and if so could i also get some form of compensation for this whole process and get maybe a better model. Must have spent at least £30 on phone calls and that is ridiculous.

  Since it is still under the warranty period you have access to free check up and repair. A swap of units depend on the intensity of the damage. usually, replacement of units can only be done in the first month of having it. But what I suggest is for you to go to any of their store so that you would not be spending on phone calls. It might not be a software problem but the hardware itself an has to be checked by technical operators.
