Will my laptop play gta 4?

Could I play gta 4 on my laptop? I have an hp dv5 with 4.00 Gb RAM, Core Duo 2.40Ghz, and nvidia 9600gt?

    you have a core duo not a core 2 duo? 32bit vs 64bit they are different, core duo wont work :(
