How to find the motherboard driver (motherboard number) of my new laptop Compaq Presario CQ60-104TU?

  • How to find the motherboard driver (motherboard number) of my new laptop Compaq Presario CQ60-104TU? How to find the motherboard driver of my new laptop Compaq Presario CQ60-104TU. I bought in modern computer,Chennai. When I asked them for mother board Cd they said, that i have find it over Internet, as they won't give motherboard CD for Compaq product, Is that true? Please some tell me the way to find my motherboard driver. How to search in my system what is my motherboard model number?

Go to www.hp.com Click on Support and drivers Feed in your Product no. (located beneath the laptop) Choose your Operating System You will get a list of drivers for your laptop Click on then to save them or open them

Go to HP Compaq website, feed in your model or serial number and you should be able to download the drivers no problem

may be.. 1)click start 2)go to run 3) type msinfo32 then check the mother board driver number?
