Which one is better MacBook or MacBook Pro?

The Macbook pro wins in every possible way except for price and weight. The macbook is still good but if you have the money go for the pro.

For most people the MacBook pro is better. The MacBook Pro has a lighted keyboard & a firewire port (for video camera) and a card reader. Either is fine, depends how much you want to spend, I have the MacBook. Pretty much the same except for what I mentioned. The MacBook is white laser cut polycarbonate, the MacBook Pro is laser cut aluminum. No cons on either. Pros, there hasn't been a MacOS X virus in 4 years, there's less than 10 Mac trojans versus 1,000,000 forms of Windows malware. Both are the same to use, both have Snow Leopard and iLife pre-installed. You will want a better word processor like Office on it. Both have built in webcams, microphones, and over 8 hour battery life. All Mac laptops are rated higher than all Windows laptops. Faster & lighter, well they are so close, you wouldn't notice.
