Why won't the monitor display anything?

Pcchips p21g v1.0 motherboard wont display anything on my monitor?

I posted this same thing on fixya, heres my problem "I have a pcchips p21g v1 motherboard, but it wont display anything when i power on the machine. A freind gave me the machine, it was a custom build with a 3.0 ghz p4 (Hyperthreaded with 2 threads), 2 gigs of ddr pc3200 400mhz ram, and 400 watt psu. (id rather not list the Peripherals its too much information, i just wish to find an answer to my problem.) At first it worked fine, then it started to randomly freeze, then it crashed more and more often, then it wouldnt boot past bios, and now this. any ideas? Im a tech specialist, but im just dumbfounded by this problem."

It appears to be video related. Is it an old board... AGP video? I'm assuming it's not integrated graphics. Whatever graphics card you have installed may be dying or dead. Or the driver is corrupted and needs to be re-installed.
