Will there be a Left 4 Dead 3?

I have the game "Left 4 Dead" for my computer and it will not open the installation when I put the disc in>>>>?

I have a Windows XP and I'm kinda sure I have all the requirements for "Left 4 Dead" on my pc is there anything else possible that could be wrong or not meet the requirements below. Left 4 Dead Requirements -Operation System- Windows XP,Vista,Vista64 -CPU-3.0 GHz P4,Dual Core 2.0 or AMD64X2 (or higher) -RAM-1GB doe XP/2GB for Vista -Disc Drive-DVD-ROM Drive -Hard Drive-At least 7.5 GB of free space -Video-DirectX 9 compatible video card -Sound-DirectX9.0c compatible sound card
