What is the best cpu and gpu combination?

GTA 4 Gaming hardware cpu/gpu?

• I heard that a quadcore and a 9800 can run gta 4 almost high.. (youtube) i also heard that a dual core and 4870 can run GTA 4 on high (youtube) I am so confused on what to buy that is cheap and affordable. I have a PCI x16 slot but i can run 2.0 slots too. So thats not a problem. I need a new proccessor too. AM2 or AM2+ I need a graphics card that can atleast run GTA 4 1400x900 all high options, at least 20 or more fps. same with a proccessor. Please dont say that i need a GTX 580 and all that, because you dont need that much to run GTA 4 Boderline High graphics. So please anyone that can give me a good GPU/CPU combination to run GTA 4 High, atleast 1024/768 resolution. Thank you ex. GPU 4870 CPU Core 2 duo etc. Thank you
