I want to know if i should upgrade my computer for wow or just buy a new one?

My wow runs super laggy some times so i was ether going to upgrade my ram to 4gb's and a get a new graphics card or get a new computer? These are my computers details: Acer AMD 64 processor NVIDIA geForce 6100nForce 405 1.00 GB ram
