How To Get Twitter On School Computers?

I want to buy 15 Windows computers cheap for donating to a private school. How can I get a good price?

The private school is outside the US, so no 501(c) status. The computers don't have to be the latest and greatest, nor even the same, but they are meant for the middle-school/high-school computer lab. So each computer must include keyboard and monitor, with a modest (40G) drive. WinXP is fine, I don't think they would be thrilled with LINUX.
