  For your Droid phone, you can install Office apps like QuickOffice, QuickOffice, etc. which allows you to open PowerPoint format on smartphone, but the sound and other features like animation, transition will not show. The only way for now to keep all the sound, video, animation, transition, etc. when viewing on smartphone (include your Droid phone) is to save PowerPoint as video using a PPT to video Converter.
