IS the VIBOX GA-510 | DUAL CORE 3.0GHz | HD 5770 1GB GAMING PC good?

Looks pretty bang-up to me. You're not going to get much better at that price. If you can trust the Vibox name, I'd go ahead and snatch that up. EDIT: I don't see why the motherboard wouldn't allow a full 64-bit install of the OS of your choice. For games like Oblivion, the card and processor are great. For more recent games and those still coming, the card will likely be adequate. All graphics cards quickly become outdated, but this one seems quite powerful. Sometimes modern processors, like dual core ones, have some issues with older software. Overall though, the kinks are being ironed out as more people get newer hardware.

That is a fast mainstream gaming set up because of the HD 5770. A fast clocked dual core can still play many games well. Only a few games like GTA 4 and Battlefield BC2 are multithreaded and are able to use 4 cores or more.
