Why can't I find the Disk Fragmentation?

Cant find removable disk?

  • i have a kingston micro sd 2 gb memory card for my phone. i have some pictures on it that i need on my computer but i cant access it for some reason. i connect it through a usb adapter. also i have done this before but some reason it wont let me. it just says insert removable disk F. how can i fix this?
