  • Answer:

Its a good build for an all around general purpose use pc and some light gaming.... If your after a gaming desktop there would be some things to change or add.....4gigs of ram and a better video card as the one you have listed in not really good for intensive gaming...I would go with the Radeon 5670 or higher....The 5670 with 4gigs of ram would play to days intensive games very well.....Your processor should not bottleneck the 5670 at all......I have the Athlon II X2 240(fast little bugger for 50.00 bux) with a 4850 and play MW2 and BFBC2 on high settings....... Or just upgrade 1 part at a time until you get what you want if your budget is tight.... Scott

If you want a gaming desktop, I would buy something with more memory or buy it separately and also an Nvidia Video Card. However, if you don't really need a gaming desktop, it is good for it's price.
