How much are 3D monitors cost?

Should I get a triple monitor setup or a single 3d monitor setup?

  • Im buying a new computer for christmas and I wnder if I should get 3 1080p monitors in nvidia surround or just one monitor with nvidia 3d vision (They cost the same)

    Neither. Just get 2 monitors! A 3D monitor, IMO, is pointless. 3D isn't a very useful technology for computing, or games. 3 monitors is just a bit overkill, but I've found 2 monitors to work quite nicely for multitasking better. Do yourself a favor, save some money, and stick with 2 screens. (You can always get another later on if you feel you need one.)

3 monitor setup definitely, I've got a 3D monitor and I was disappointed with the results, the 3D is not as good as I have hoped it would be, if I could go back in time I would get an eyefinity/surround setup. So my advice is to get 3 screens, it will be a hassle yet you will have a better gaming experience and overall better use for them, heck I don't even remember the last time I used my 3D -.-

Hi the 3 D images come from one screen if it came from multiple screens it would be just two to give the effect.
