I click continue and now I can change the password and set a new one. now this is were I am stuck. I type a password, then I type it again an verify the password, and I click log in and it doesn't let me! I tried numerous passwords, long and short and combinations of letters, and I een type in a password hint and it doesn't let me! do I have to give it a specific password?

Answer:
Hi, Hold the 'shift' key when you start the computer up. This will take you into safe mode. From there, i believe you can reset your password. Good Luck!
