Yes. If you have a good audio card or good integrated audio, you can set up very easily. Look on the back of your computer near the green audio connector. There may be red, blue, orange, black, or white connectors around it. These can be assigned to different surround speakers through your computer's audio settings. Also check the connections on your speakers. Some may connect by USB so you don't need special connections. Good Luck.

you have to have a surround sound sound card or else you'll just have a stereo input to your amp. they even sell surround sound systems for computers.. but you need the surround sound sound card
