How do i Fully Restore my Computer?

How do i restore my audio back to my computer after it says corrupted or cant be found?

  • my computer is 2 months old and it has crashed already its brand new and was built for me. with in 2 months it started slowing down then it would load and say microsoft cant load desktop cause it cant read the liscense. then after 2 days it loaded took about a 1/2 hour to load and its real slow and freezes. my sound would be there one day and then next time its gone. its been gone for almost a month now and i downloaded registry to fix problems i done the driver downloads as well it fixed a few problems. certain things still wont load or cant be found like i cant restore. my computer will shut down but never restart when i do restore, i have no disk with this computer so if i uninstall my audio device will i need a disk to restore if i follow the steps in the help on my computer or is there a site i can go to... hell how do i just reset the whole computer back to factory setting and will that help all my troubles.... please help........ i cant take it... :(
