Is E-music safe for you computer?

Computer on safe mode.help!?

• so i was about to install norton 360 in my dell laptop but it said that it wasn't compatible and a page opened saying that i should install the stuffs that it showed so i just followed it and installed it.later while the thing was installing the computer restarted itself and then help center windows opened asking me to choose one of the options and so i clicked on "start my computer in safe mode" and after that when i clicked on internet explorer nothing happened. i tried to open internet again and again but nothing happened so i tried to uninstall what i had just installed but then the name of the Program didn't appear in the lists of programes that were installed in my computer. i tried to restore the computer but that doesn't works either. i also tried opening "default programms" and that doesn't opens either. i restarted the computer few times and every time it restarts "safe mode" icon appears in homepage. i really dont know what to do anymore so can someone please help me?....is there a way to disable the SAFE MODE? or just anything to bring my computer back to normal? please help

  Simple.Back up you data Or copy them to an external hard drive then reinstall the OS(operation system).& for your information Safe mode is the BASIC mode of the windows...
