How to change properties of custom control?

My desktop properties wont open?

• Ok, so I recently got the netsky virus thing, reformatted my computer, and my monitor doesn't fit my computer, so I need to change some stuff in desktop properties, now whenever I right click my desktop properties, nothing opens, but there's a process called rundll32.exe or something, and whenever I try to open anything in my control panel or desktop properties, that pops up, any help please? How do I fix this?

  Wow what a hassle.. try.. doing it the quick and easy way: 1) use Symantec's removal tool at: http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2004-021816-1759-99 Note: if there's any other computer on your network. run the tool on these too as worm is automatically spread to any other computer it finds on the network. 2) disconnect all PC 3) virus/spybot scan your external media (i.e. USB) 4) reinstall O/S on all affect PC or if you're lucky, can deal with it quickly using 1) get HijjackThis, autoruns, Process Explorer, virus/spybot scan, registry crawler 2) of course, quarantine all PC and off the network when doing so. 3) before going off the network, make sure you have download the latest virus definition update 4) scan all USB media If I were you, I'd go for the first option.
