Is this a good PC system?

Sorry about that earlier question about my pc. i'm not showing off as how good my system is.?

• actually the icons on the desktop would vanish within two or three days after being put them on. the system says that it cannot load my personal settings. and it also says that there are some bad sectors in one of the segments, and they do not go away. every time i switch on the system ; the system says that one of the segments needs checking and does it every time even when i had properly shut it down, and then only it will start. is there any virus in the system? i had McAfee loaded in the system. is that ok? or should i change to some other anti virus and fire wall?please answer!

  So your system is unstable, settings have changed and you have Disk problems. I suggest that you get Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php . This is a very good check for Spyware/Malware that cause problems like you have. I would also suggest that you run checkdisk/R to check your disk on restart.
